Secret Servings is not liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience arising from participation in our events or the use of our services.
All participants are required to submit accurate information during registration. Secret Servings reserves the right to decline or cancel any registration that does not meet the event criteria — including but not limited to age, religion, ethnicity, or any stated requirement — without obligation to refund, unless approved by our team in advance.
We reserve the right to deny entry or remove individuals from our events without refund in the event of inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to: harassment, abusive language, bullying, discrimination, or any action that compromises the safety, comfort, or integrity of the event and its guests.
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not permitted for any reason within 72 hours of the scheduled event, unless the event is cancelled or postponed by Secret Servings.
If a participant registers for an event that does not match the published criteria — including but not limited to age range, background, or other listed requirements — and fails to obtain prior approval from our team, Secret Servings is not obligated to issue a refund.
Participation in Secret Servings events does not guarantee a specific outcome, including romantic matches or future communications. By attending, participants acknowledge that results may vary and that refunds will not be issued based on personal experience, outcome, or perception of the event.
No refunds, partial or full, will be provided to participants who leave the event midway or fail to attend (“no-shows”).
However, if you are unable to attend and notify us at least 72 hours before the event, we will offer the option to transfer your seat to another eligible participant or credit your payment toward a future Secret Servings event.

If an event is cancelled or postponed by Secret Servings, please allow up to 14 working days for a refund to be processed. Notification of refund approval will be made via email or phone call.
Tickets for Secret Servings events are made available for sale at least 1 week before the scheduled event date.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with event details.
Please bring a valid form of identification (e.g., NRIC, driver’s licence, or passport) to check in on the day of the event.
By purchasing a ticket and attending any Secret Servings event, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
